AmukaDance has weekly workouts but can also design customised programs to fit individual or corporate needs and schedules. Our weekly calendar generally has the following activities;

Lower Body Blast | Focus: Legs and Glutes
Incorporates movements like salsa steps, cha-cha, and hip swings to engage the lower body. Includes squats, lunges, and leg lifts to target specific muscles.

Core Crusher | Focus: Core
Emphasizes moves that require twisting, rolling, and contracting the abdominal muscles. Includes hip circles, torso isolations, and plank variations for a strong core workout.

Upper Body Sculpt | Focus: Arms and Shoulders
Integrates arm waves, punches, and shoulder shimmies to work the arms and shoulders. Incorporates movements like bicep curls, tricep dips, and shoulder rolls to target specific muscle groups.

Cardio Fusion | Focus: Cardiovascular Endurance
A high-energy routine with fast-paced movements to elevate the heart rate. Includes jumps, kicks, and fast footwork sequences for an intense cardio workout.

Back Boost Focus: Back
Includes movements that promote back extension, such as backbends, arm raises, and port de bras (arm movements). Incorporates pliés and relevés to engage the muscles along the spine.

Flexibility Flow Focus: Flexibility
Emphasies fluid movements that encourage flexibility and range of motion. Incorporates dynamic stretches, flowing sequences, and yoga-inspired poses to improve flexibility throughout the body.

Total Body Tune-Up | Focus: Total Body
A dynamic routine blending cardio, strength, and flexibility movements to target the entire body. Incorporates dance- inspired exercises such as dynamic stretches, cardio bursts, and bodyweight strength exercises for a comprehensive workout experience.
